Good location for Phuket airport

We used the hotel as a one night stopover close to the airport. It was great for that and I had a good meal there too. The airport transfer included was good.

The staff were all very friendly and did their best to supply help when asked. The inside of our bungalow was beautiful and cleaned thoroughly every day. Beach access was effortless and the small beach town with many eating places was only about ten minutes walk from the hotel.

Many of the bungalows exteriors were in need of new woodwork and painting. Our first two bad tv's were replaced on the last day by an almost new model however there was only 13 channels available. A case of too little too late. The idea of the ferry was quaint however the hotel should modernise both docks as well as the ferry itself. The hotel menu was somewhat overpriced and breakfast would have benefited from some additionel choices.

Excellent resort in a great location.

We love this resort! The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location, 10 mins from the airport, means the L'esprit De Naiyang is the perfect place to start and end a trip at, especially with the, very convenient, free airport transfer. They have a lovely pool and the breakfast is excellent.

Nothing apart from maybe the "lift" music they insist on playing at breakfast ..... Really not required as the resort is located in the national park area and there is plenty of lovely bird song to listen to.

Perfect hotel to be close to the airport and unwind completely.

I loved this accommodation! I had the villa with pool access, and it was simply fantastic to jump into the pool right from my own terrace. The pool is large enough to swim laps, and everything just fit perfectly. The staff is incredibly friendly (especially Jetski) and the food tastes delicious. I would have preferred to stay much longer.

The massage, unfortunately, wasn't that great. It was okay, but considering this phenomenal hotel and the fact that the massage is twice as expensive as elsewhere in Thailand, I expected a bit more. Otherwise, I would have given 10 points.

So good we will spend 2 more nights here in a few days time.

Close to airport with a free pick up on arrival. Welcome drink & friendly staff on arrival. Excellent tranquil location near to a lovely beach. Great pool with a nice bar attached & food in the restaurant was good. Nice shower, large comfy bed and very clean. There was a bath available but unfortunately the plug didn’t really work and the water wasn’t hot enough to have a bath.

The sofa in our chalet was very uncomfortable. It was good that we had a bath available but the plug did not fit and the water wasn’t hot enough. Strange because the shower had plenty of hot water.

Hotel room was nice.

There’s a few things they can work on, Like not charging for ice. And on our way to the airport our driver got a call saying we owed for two waters. We were told when we checked in our room the water was free but the mini bar and food there would be a charge if we consume those. I thought that was pretty petty

Amazing pool and location - just avoid the restaurant!

The location is incredible for the beach as you are at the quiet end. You can then choose to walk into the noise and traffic and restaurants and shops if needed/wanted. Even though the food was a joke I would stay again for the location.

The food in the restaurant was a joke. I usually just go with the flow and accept that now and again you get a bad meal or experience but this was way overpriced for being so bad. I think the restaurant is trying to be European... with lots of pasta etc. on menu the waiter put my napkin on my lap... but they are still serving 'Thai Food.' What I got was a tiny portion of a bit of tofu and mushroom with no chili or basil (even though that was in the name!) it was not Thai food. I also (despite the lofty ambition) had to get up from the table twice to ask for rice!! Do not put Thai food on the menu if you are going to serve a made-up Euro-centric version of it. Insulting and expensive for such a small tasteless meal. I have lived in Thailand for years at time so I really can make this claim. I did eat the few mushrooms and rice I had to go searching for as I was hungry and it was already getting late so did not want to go out again on the raft etc... Luckily, I had some snacks with me. I did tell the staff that this was not a god meal or fairly priced but they just said tell the manager tomorrow... it was really a joke so please do not waste your money or please do not eat here and then think Thai food is bad because it is really wonderful when done right. Another slightly annoying thing is that from this hotel you need to take a raft to the beach which is fine but you need to wait for the staff to operate it. Not a big issue but might be hard for an elderly person.

Close to the National Park and the beach accessible by an interesting cute way.

Aircondition was working loudy and they were not able to fix it. Extra water in the fridge was Evian and we paid a lot. Meanwhile, free complimentary water was ordinary local one and it was OK

Beautiful pool. Was upgraded to a villa with a private pool although the main pool area was great. Staff was great.

You actually have to cross a canal to reach the beach, restaurants, and shops. The canal raft crossing only operates by hotel personnel on certain hours. High tide makes it inoperable and you need to take a taxi, although they did communicate via WhatsApp and made exceptions to operate. If you didn’t have international data / service not sure how you contact them. Not the best food / beverage options on the hotel, about a 10 -15 minute walk to beach shops and vendors.

Very quiet relaxing easy stay close to the airport.

The tranquility of this place was amazing! It was nice to chill at the private sunbed. The room was big and very clean. The bed was huge and comfy! The Secret restaurant was very good!!!The staff everywhere was nice, especially the man by the river taking you over the small water!!!

The only problem was that there was no stairs to the pool from the bed. Had to go up and down via my door. Not a big problem though. The other thing was the small river you need to cross every time you want to go to the village or Nai Yang beach. If you want to go later then 9 PM it´s more safe to take a taxi (250-300b) back to the hotel than walk in the dark forest with your torch! But did´t find it that big problem as it´s not far away so the taxi was easy and cheap...
