Good location for Phuket airport
We used the hotel as a one night stopover close to the airport. It was great for that and I had a good meal there too. The airport transfer included was good.

Amazing pool and location - just avoid the restaurant!
The location is incredible for the beach as you are at the quiet end. You can then choose to walk into the noise and traffic and restaurants and shops if needed/wanted. Even though the food was a joke I would stay again for the location.
The food in the restaurant was a joke. I usually just go with the flow and accept that now and again you get a bad meal or experience but this was way overpriced for being so bad. I think the restaurant is trying to be European... with lots of pasta etc. on menu the waiter put my napkin on my lap... but they are still serving 'Thai Food.' What I got was a tiny portion of a bit of tofu and mushroom with no chili or basil (even though that was in the name!) it was not Thai food. I also (despite the lofty ambition) had to get up from the table twice to ask for rice!! Do not put Thai food on the menu if you are going to serve a made-up Euro-centric version of it. Insulting and expensive for such a small tasteless meal. I have lived in Thailand for years at time so I really can make this claim. I did eat the few mushrooms and rice I had to go searching for as I was hungry and it was already getting late so did not want to go out again on the raft etc... Luckily, I had some snacks with me. I did tell the staff that this was not a god meal or fairly priced but they just said tell the manager tomorrow... it was really a joke so please do not waste your money or please do not eat here and then think Thai food is bad because it is really wonderful when done right. Another slightly annoying thing is that from this hotel you need to take a raft to the beach which is fine but you need to wait for the staff to operate it. Not a big issue but might be hard for an elderly person.

Perfect hotel to be close to the airport and unwind completely.
I loved this accommodation! I had the villa with pool access, and it was simply fantastic to jump into the pool right from my own terrace. The pool is large enough to swim laps, and everything just fit perfectly. The staff is incredibly friendly (especially Jetski) and the food tastes delicious. I would have preferred to stay much longer.
The massage, unfortunately, wasn't that great. It was okay, but considering this phenomenal hotel and the fact that the massage is twice as expensive as elsewhere in Thailand, I expected a bit more. Otherwise, I would have given 10 points.
